Dressler & Peters attorneys, Dennis Dressler and Dan Stokes, recently completed an executive incentive compensation package for a Mexican private equity client involving one of its U.S. medical device portfolio companies. Given the cross-border nature and the desires of the client, as well as, the complexities of 409A compliance for deferred compensation, this project required significant collaboration with attorney counterparts in Mexico and great care in ultimately delivering an executive compensation plan and incentive phantom equity award agreement tailored to the client’s specific business goals.
